Sweet, fruity, addicting, sparkly, warm, incense stick adjacent. Civet-y twang adds a yeasty beer-like vibe to the whole thing that's incredibly addictive.
Sadly discontinued, so stocked up on multiple bottles.
Don't get to wear it as much as I like, as my partner thinks it smells like an underpass wall drenched in stale piss. I strongly disagree.
Warm, complex, spicy vanilla fragrance. Brings a sense of being cozy on first spraying like you've come home to a place both familiar and welcoming in the best possible sense. It develops some woody facets as it progresses but maintains a vanilla undertone throughout. Not ground-breaking but very well put together!
Powerful.
If ADG isn't strong enough for you, give this a go.
Citrus notes try their best to brighten up the maelstrom in the deep sea which is threatening to pull everything into it.
There's almost a white wine note here, and something like gasoline and metal in the distance.
Some spicy peppery notes mingle around dark salty aquatics thanks to an overdose of Ambroxan.
The calone and hedione introduce a small balance of watery sweetness and florals, but are par on par with the salty green seaweed, woody notes, and musk.
Overall, it's a dark and spicy acquatic scent with woody and smoky incense notes. The citruses do come through the depths quite often.
I really enjoy this - but I can see why others wouldn't.
There’s something cheap, thrifty and throwaway about this fruited musk perfume but it’s somehow elevated to minimalist, elegant, and deliberate by the fact I love this brand. So I’m disclaiming there with a bit of admission to confirmation bias Truly santa and truly Italian Angeli has a very clean æsthetic, soapy, white musks driving the mid. The top consists of a very understated melon note blending into a suitably clean and tidy floral accord, can’t really get the exotic edge of jasmine or ylang from this, smells quite the moist, yet aerated ‘white’ floral. I like this balance I think the melon works with the floral works with the musks, it’s a holy trinity, a fragrant SOP which just works and flows perfectly. I like it. Great for spring and summer, fresh and unlikely to offend anyone, they’ll probably just think you smell like you’ve had a wash, which not a bad thing at all.
Not my favorite. Way too piney and so much frankincense. Super strong though and lasts forever.
So unbelievably good And one of my all time favorites. Tonka bean, plum, vanilla…what’s not to like. Plus it’s really strong. Just hard to find and get here in the states.
tuberose jasmine and ylang ylang coming together to maximize their joint slay
A very marketable oud. The opening has a little metallic and medicinal twinge on my skin, maybe the saffron?
The passionfruit is bright and sweet with a little tang and stays throughout the scent.
A lovely fruity oud, with warm balsamic notes, hits of leathery rose.
ok so they say this is a Delina clone and I do have both and they smell very similar. I won't say it's a one for one but it's an amazing resemblance and for under $40 you just can't go wrong. Simply a wonderful rose scent
I'll start off by saying that it's not an exact copy but i also won't need to purchase a whole bottle of atomic rose now so for less than $30 this is a win all day long. i don't know if it was oud or the incense but whatever that mysterious like darker note that's in atomic rose this fragrance doesn't have that. but the rose in this is just as amazing. I haven't got to give it a full week wearing yet so can't speak to the longevity for most people but the guys I work with said they can still smell it on me after a 12 hour shift
Although the notes don't suggest it, this is very much a barbershop style aromatic fougère.
The woods are soft, warm, and creamy. There's smooth spice from Tonka, and some warmth from the rum, without the boozy hit.
There are fresh aromatic and herbal notes throughout.
Fresh and soft, yet warm and inviting.
Really pleasing scent in my opinion.
Stunning bottle, not so stunning price !
For such a cheap perfume, this offers a really lovely, quality incense and resin bouquet, it's totally unique and doesn't have any scratchy, cheap smelling crap underneath. The only gripe I could have is that it doesn't last too long but for the price I'm happy to reapply. The soapy, elemi opening with its light floral tones puts me in mind of vintage Amouage, like maybe silver man and/or opus I.
For sure a love at first sniff for me. Like putting your face into a tin bucket of iced tea with some freshly cut celery leaves thrown in. Probably the best scent to wear if you want to feel refreshed. People around you will love it. The only thing in my wardrobe that my wife says she plans on stealing sprays of. Exhudes a modest confidence and an approachability lacking in many modern fragrances. Green, a little sharp, juicy, pretty straightforward, definitely worth a full bottle or blind buy I'd say. Mrs. Meyers cleaning products makes a dish soap called "pear tree" that smells 90% similar to my nose. If you love uplifting daytime scents that smell natural, seek this one out. My wife gives it an 8.5/10. (I think Agua Brava is the only one she's ever rated a 10.)
VERY old school
It doesnt get any better for an office or school scent lots of fresh citrus in the opening. Not overpowering or offensive bright fresh clean scent. It's not complex but not completely linear looses some of the citrus but not all of it. I work in a powerplant this isn't gonna choke the guy out beside you. All in all it's my newest go to every day. Usually 3 sprays around the neck and 12 hours later I can still smell it on my clothes at quitting time
I love love love this. This is hands down the most complimented perfume I own.
While I also love Delina, the original, this one is just that little more fresh in the opening somehow. The opening is a little less tart, as it lacks the rhubarb, but the drydown feels almost the same.
Sparkling, fresh, juicy opening, and a creamy, floral, warm and sweet drydown that lasts for ever :)
This is pretty, but for me the dry down is a bit too dry and woodsy. I think it is probably the cashmeran, which is a new note for me.
Phew but does this have staying power! The sillage is moderate, you can easily smell it but not in an offensive way, so good for office I would say. It lingers however to the point where you need to wash your clothes if you want to get rid of the smell in the fabric :D
It starts out as a pretty, my-skin-but-better scent with a musky, but spicy, peppery accord, and as said, a dry/woody drydown.
I adore this scent. It opens with a juicy sparkling mandarine / orange note that radiates pure sunshine and happiness.
Sillage is close, I'd say, it is not overpowering, so this is great for office, very inoffensive. It has staying power too, as I can usually smell it 4 to 6 hour later.
It dries down to a pretty orange creamsicle type of scent: the orange stays but gets softer and less bright, and the musky basenotes come more forward.
I absolutely love this scent, especially the juicy pear in the opening. I could douse myself in it, if it wasn't so expensive ;)
I so so so wish it had a little bit more of a sillage, as it is very intimate. I know it is sold as intimate, so this is just my personal wish. The longevity is moderate, I can smell it on my skin during 4 hours or so. It does morph into a more musky, ambery warm scent with only hints of pear, as the pear is truly a topnote.
This is one of the yummy scents my woman says I own. The silliage is amazing she described it like Pepe Le Pew trailing me around. This is my forever date night scent
Nice amber but it has something in there almost like althair but nothing as sweet it's not in the vinilla but whatever helps make it amber. The silliage is where it's at with this.
Clive Christian knocked it out of the park with this fragrance. The only gripe i have its not worth the retail look for it on discounters or get a decant 600 is just to much for any fragrance
Strong cinnamon over a resinous, ambery base with saffron. Of course, there's no actual oud, but it's a lovely perfume, and quite different to the other MFK "ouds". After an hour this is leather. But not Tom Ford leather, this is realistic, worn Moroccan or Italian leather, like a bag bought from a souk that lasts for decades.
Picked up this from TJ Max for $12 and I'm blown away by how good it is. If you like the old school barber shop scents this is pretty damn good. For the price it's a blind buy I'm really liking. Lots of citrus and musks but not like lemony citrus more of a fresh take. I can't stress enough how impressed I am for a $12 fragrance
Great discontinued fragrance, a more mature take on the DNA.
Beautiful fragrance, A classic for a reason, a fruity pear and vanilla fragrance.
