As you may know this is a dupe of PDM althiar, I recently went to go smell PDM althiar and I would not be able to tell the difference. This IS a must have.
This is a very good fragrance I highly recommend
Soft, ghostly florals under a silver sky. Dancing on the Moon by Maison Margiela feels ethereal, cool, and otherworldly — like moonlight made perfume. It opens with airy aldehydes and luminous jasmine sambac, giving it a soft, celestial lift. The heart is rich with creamy frangipani and powdery iris, evoking moonlit florals with a dreamlike quality. As it dries down, ambergris, cashmeran, and musk wrap the skin in a delicate, radiant warmth. This is a beautiful ethereal scent and I love it so much so that I bought the bottle. 10/10
Lovely scent opens with a fruity, fresh airy rose and is very similar to Arabian Lady by Azha. This dries down to a rosy musky woody scent.
A nice scent, although it’s not in the notes it smells like soapy, neroli spicy scent. It reminds me of Guerlain Neroli Vetiver but a slightly muted version. A good everyday scent that’s a bit more unique than the other designer fragrances.
Sexy, sultry jasmine bomb. Not for the faint hearted 10/10
I cannot pick out any of the individual notes. But it is one of the most realistic gardenia scents. Not just the pretty sides. Also the slight mushroomy sides. Its not just a soliflore either. Smells like slightly aquatic like flower stalks sitting in water. Lovely perfume and was surprised how long it lasted on my skin. Almost 12 hrs in the summer!
i love it!
It is an Oud fragrance. So if you have a hard time with Oud, this is not for you. And it’s an Andreoli Oud so i expected no less than a great projection and longevity. Double check. I like it. As soon as the Oud gives it some space, it brings the sweet and fruitiness of the raspberry, and then, a very subtle but pretty rose, the sweet love kind of rose, still red, not pink. Strangely enough I feel like it’s an Oud I can manage to wear under high temperature, like for a summer night out. Not a winter exclusive Oud for me. It’s a beauty.
I was so surprised by this fragrance. Being Amouage I was expecting more heft and frankincense. But this is a fluffy poem of fruit and flowers. I saw comparisons to Neshama souls on fire and decided to test this. So glad I did. It is so beautiful and classy. The leather is barely detectable, and only in the base. The osmanthus is clear and airy with apricots enhancing the fruit aspects and jasmine supporting the flowery aspects with some cardomom adding some interest and some light honey making it sweet. The honey is not syrupy but light like what you smell when you add it to tea . There is also some tea, but not standing out to my nose, just part of the blend that supports the osmanthus. One of the most beautiful osmanthus perfumes I have tried. Overlooked in the Amouage lineup. I am guessing a good seller for then since it's part of their current selection from the Chong era.Blooms beautifully on you ur skin in the summer.
Creamy vanilla and heady tuberose scent. Don’t really get the coconut so doesn’t lean too sunscreeny to me. You got to like tuberose to really enjoy this one. Nice scent but not for me.
I wanted just one vanilla fragrance in my collection and this is it. Smells like vanilla extract with a little bit of booze and a hint of pencil shavings. Very classy and incredibly wearable. Not a thick or heavy fragrance and surprisingly airy, which allows it to be worn in most weathers apart from extreme heat.
I blind bought this and loved it. It smells expensive, like a wealthy rich woman who’s well put together. It’s floral, spicy and last for 7+ hours on me. For the price you can’t go wrong. It’s great for day time, evenings, and can even layer with others e.g citrus scents to freshen it up during the day if needed.
Similar to BDK Gris Charnel but this is more long lasting with great projection, its smoother and more sandalwood forward than the OG. I prefer this one and for the price it’s a no brainer.
This is similar to BDK Gris Charnel and Liam Grey but this is much more smoother, well rounded velvety version. I would say it’s more fem leaning than the other two.
This is so similar to BDK Gris Charnel. It takes a more spicier route and is super long lasting. I’ve washed my hands multiple times and the scent is still going strong.
As my GO-TO year-round scent naturally I’m a little biased, but if you love fresh, clean, floral scents then this toilette is for you! It smells like pear and apple blossoms with a subtly warm undernote that just leaves you feeling clean, comfortable and sophisticated without trying too hard.
Now I say toilette specifically because this won’t give off the scent bomb that a “parfum” would, but it’s perfect if you want a scent that only people who are close and intimate get to fully enjoy! Now I’m not saying that it isn’t something I get complimented on a lot, as for about 1 hour after application the way this scent allows the wind to carry it is as mystical and light as a butterfly, often prompting people to ask what it is! But if you reapply it more frequently, then it‘s the type of scent that can mimic the robustness of a parfum for periods of time.
If you’re on a hunt for a rose fragrance, as i am, nevermind. I could not get any rose until say 8-9 hours after 1st spray. That said, yes, longevity is that great. And after what were very surprising first hours of the most bright, green, sharp and fresh bath of leather accord, the rose came to play, very subtle, after long hours, as the rest of the notes faded away. Truth is, it was not what I expected at all, not the rose perfume I believe I need to add to my short collection. But somehow, i cannot stop thinking about this one and I loved wearing it. also, I always find it hard to find a more hot days adjacent fragrance that i really like to wear. This is one is probably the best one Ive ever worn for summer. I’m in love. still not sure if I’d go for a bottle or if it will have a place on my wishlist. lets see how many times I’ll dream about it in the next weeks. What? Are you need that kind of obsessive?
So actually the person on the cover of this fragrance happens to be my aunt and she was the one who invented the formula of Eau de Lubin. My aunt lived to be 104 years old before she died. She lived a happy life with her two cats and a small cottage in Holland. Whenever I went to her house it would reek of cigarettes, honestly surprised she was able to make such good fragrance. Overall great fragrance 10 out of 10
This fragrance made my socks soggy
as a teen I really like this fragrance, this is my first fragrance and I will rebuy
Coconut
On me, this fragrance smells like soft soap. It's pleasant and gives the clean girl effect in just a few sprays. Moderate intensity and trail.
Cold, coiled, calculating. A soupçon of weaponized sweetness. Wilhelmina Slater corner office with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, fashion dungeon once her interior decorator works their dark magic. Absinthe-laced champagne vanilla, green and subtly herbaceous, aromatic poison in crystal stemware. Dusty-woody-musky shadows, slithery spice as hissed barbs between bathroom stalls. Mean girls who devoured high school bones and all, used losers' broken phalanges to pick their teeth; earned their MBAs in rancid witch she-devilry and leveled up into the cuntiest of lady bosses; perfected the art of smiling while sliding knives between ribs and stabbing square in the middle of the back while smiling with their perfect veneers. Creamy almond undertones, just enough sweetness to mask bitter herbs. Fake pleasantries/ menacing undercurrent, espionage in every conversation, veiled threats disguised as small talk. How's business this quarter? How are your kids? I'll cut a bitch. I'll strike when you least expect it. More canapés?
