I can't believe there is no coconut in the notes, because this one smells so much like coconut oil on me. It was never my favorite scent, but it suits well for daytime wear, the disadvantage is that the bottle is only available in 75 ml EDT, was way too much for me. The lasting power is also not very good, but fine to wear as office-scent for a few hours.
First time when I heard about "Banana Republic" I imagined: African tropical woods and rain which drops from exotic fruits, this description actually also suits this perfume. "Jade" is a subtle fruity/floral scent with a dominant woody note through all accords. People may think it's a simple smell, because of the few notes listed, but it smells way more complex to me. The tropical pomegranate brings a fresh and very fruity beginning, which is rounded off by the silky softness of musky cotton flower. A happy end is granted by the Kashmir woods, which gives this scent an oriental flair. A good fragrance for sunny days and casual wear. The bottle is elegant, clear and modest, it comes with a beautiful round, woody box, which actually perfectly protects the scent from aging and sun exposure.
Pour femme is an elegant floral perfume. Not too heavy or overwhelming. The top notes give off a green ripe apple scent, very fresh and clean. After a while it turns into a feminine warm scent, which reminds me a little bit of Lolita Lempicka fragrances. Easy all-rounder.
I loved this scent since I was a child, a classic perfume. My mother used to wear this when I was a kid, and occasionally I used to wear it too. "Laura" is a very uplifting fresh, fruity and juicy fragrance. Watermelon and litchi really create this watery feeling in this fragrance, but the combination of flowers and a hint of vanilla turns it into a more unique and soothing scent. It is not a surprise that this fragrance is still available all these years and has not been discontinued yet. People that don't like too sweet or heavy scents will like this one, I'm sure :)
Kenzo Amour is a clean and feminine fragrance. The scent reminds me of vanilla milkshake mixed with rice pudding on my skin. All in all a pleasant vanilla scent, maybe more suitable for colder seasons, as it is surely a more warm and comforting fragrance. The bottle is very artistic too.
Well, I tested this one because I thought maybe it's similar to Style, but that's not completely true. Stylessence smells like bitter medicine in the beginning, and it last pretty long. It gave me headaches, and I was really happy to wash it off. After washing my wrist 3 times and after some times has passed, the similarity to Style showed up. It might be a good alternative for someone who find Style too weak, but I personally prefer the normal Style-version, as it does not have this sickening opening.
Ghost Deep Night is a mysterious fragrance, which probably has some gothic or Halloween vibes to it. At the beginning you smell a smokey and bitter scent of the night blooming cereus, but after 15 minutes the top notes fade away and a lovely sweet and fruity scent of peach/apricot appears. The heart note is very pleasant, I can't compare it to any other perfume, just heavenly :) I believe this perfume might be suitable for someone, who is strong and confident, but also can show her emotions. I would recommend it for nighttime and definitely for the colder seasons.
A pretty fragrance for relaxing in the sun and drinking lemonade, as this one smells so much like sweet lemonade or "tart au citron". It has a very sugary vibe, and I think it could be considered a gourmand fragrance in regard to this scent profile. Lasting power is quite good.
I got this one for Christmas when I was a Teenager, and at first I was a bit sceptical if I like it. But after a while I recognized that Now is a very nice fragrance. The scent is fresh and floral, it becomes more and more fruity/floral after few hours. It is easy to wear during the day, not offensive or strong. I actually received compliments on this and finished the entire bottle. Just the bottle is not the best design, although the glass is iridescent, which makes it more attractive.
Today I received a sample of Brit and was immediately in love with this. The dominant notes here are peony and vanilla. It is a very classic, creamy, feminine scent. A bit strong, therefore it is wise not to use too much. The EDT version lasts pretty long too. Vety cozy and warming scent. Can't stop smelling my wrist. :)
I feel in love with this fragrance the first time I smelled it, and a few hours ago I actually bought it. No regrets here. This one has a unique, uplifting scent. There is no pure licorice or anise note I get, but maybe the blend of the notes together work so well. I am not a fan of anise scents at all, so I was surprised to see the notes here. I would describe the scent as fresh/fruity with a warmth and depth behind it. It suits the autumn and winter time the best, I think.
Such a great combination of notes, which create an amazing perfume like this one. A rosy and flowery fragrance, with a feminine and warm character. The top notes are fresh, you feel the mix of lily of the valley and bergamot. The rose in the middle note is very dominant and has a very feminine/soft touch because of the orange blossom. After a few hours, you are left with more comforting notes like orris and vanilla. Overall, such a harmonious scent, which I really enjoy wearing and would probably always adore. The lasting power is phenomenal, I can still smell the base notes after 12 hours of wearing it. R'n R Couture is a light perfume, but it has enough power to get completely captivated by it. In my opinion, this fragrance suits better for a mild spring or summer day, the effect wouldn't be the same on winter days. The pretty bottle suits the scent, I also think this version is the best of the R'n R flankers. Just like a melody on a rock concert ;)
Wow, I really like this fragrance! It is fruity, floral and comforting. I can smell some similarities to "Laura", but this is more feminine and natural. It feels fresh in the beginning, but then it becomes more warm and cozy. So pleasant to my nose, like a gentle hug in a balmy summer night. I only wish it would last longer for EDP, as it lasts only for about 4 hours. I also do totally agree with "Aeternitas" review about the bottle and concept. One of the bests by Laura Biagiotti! Would always purchase this again.
All about Eve was my first designer fragrance and my signature scent when I was a young 14 years old girl. I loved it very much and picked it for myself in the fragrance store. I was captivated by the apple/cinnamon combo that was wrapped into this huge vanilla blanket. It has a really rich, sophisticated and warm character. It could almost be a gourmand with the apple/vanilla profile, but it is a more classy fragrance. Still available, so try if these notes sound appealing to you. Also, totally affordable price for such a gem.
