Stylessence, from Jil Sander was released in 2007. The perfumer behind this creation is Bernard Ellena. It has the top notes of Cardamom, Freesia, and Petitgrain, middle notes of Jasmine, Neroli, Orange Blossom, and Violet, and base notes of Amber, Hinoki Wood, and Musk.
Well, I tested this one because I thought maybe it's similar to Style, but that's not completely true. Stylessence smells like bitter medicine in the beginning, and it last pretty long. It gave me headaches, and I was really happy to wash it off. After washing my wrist 3 times and after some times has passed, the similarity to Style showed up. It might be a good alternative for someone who find Style too weak, but I personally prefer the normal Style-version, as it does not have this sickening opening.
