Perfume or your cologne/fragrance sillage is the trail that your scent leaves as it spreads and dissolves around you, the perfume wearer. If you can smell the perfume of a person wearing perfume without being close to them, it means that their perfume has very excellent and strong sillage. If you can smell the perfume of the person wearing perfume across the room from you then that perfume has massive sillage. Hope this makes sense?
