Welcome to the fourth episode of my satirical series called "What You Think You Smell Like".

My primary goal of this series is very clear: to bring to light the (in my opinion) silly pursuits and philosophies that seem to dominate the fragrance space on YouTube. Not throwing shade at anyone's hustle...just believing that we can do better.

This episode focuses on the current nature of the popular Top 10 Fragrance video--compliment-getters, beast mode, getting women, etc...apparently this is all there is to a good fragrance. The nature of popular fragrance videos on YouTube tells us that. And the high numbers of people who religiously watch these videos looking for their 46th compliment-getting fragrance still seem to find what they're looking for.

But as I've always felt, there has to be more than this. We don't need to dive deep into the esoteric side of fragrance, but we can find a happy medium between practicality and artistry.

And in case it wasn't clear, there will be no "Dior Sauvage Bathroom Spray" nor "Azzaro Wanted By Afternoon Extreme Intense Parfum", anytime soon. 😆
