I have to start with the unboxing, because Cloudy Scents really thought it through. The bottle arrived in a "Perfume Bag" tote, inside a silver foil pouch with the full note list and ingredients printed on the label, and on top of that a black cotton drawstring pouch with a little "About us" card. Three layers for one 50 ml bottle. It feels like a gift even when you bought it for yourself.
Worth knowing: the packaging has changed. From what I know, the iconic round caps aren't being produced anymore, so if you're used to the old look, the new bottles look a bit different.
Now the scent. The label says warm, creamy, gourmand and that's exactly it. The opening is more exotic than I expected, mostly thanks to the mango sitting on top of milk and caramel. Then it melts into vanilla, tonka and hazelnut, and dries down to cocoa, cashmeran and amber. It's a Cloudy composition made with perfumer Bogdan Wójcik. The longevity surprised me. It stays on my skin for a long time.
Has anyone here worn [4] vanilla goddess by Cloudy Scents? How does the mango opening work on your skin, and do you also find it lasts all day? And if you've tried other Cloudy Scents perfumes, which ones would you recommend? Would love to hear your take
Hello all.
I'm curious.
Has anyone here realized that their scent library has grown too big and have tried to shorten their collection down to a necessary few bottles?
What has been your experience with this now that you've realized that your collection has grown beyond what is practical?
What is your method for deciding which ones stay and which ones go?
So I thought Encens Suave Extrait would be an even more beguiling genie in a bottle. I know the hack of layering your skin with Fractionated Coconut Oil (a GREAT fragrance hack) before the scent so the molecules lock in and anchor themselves before getting sucked into the skin biodome black hole.
But I was disappointed. The Extrait just seemed to hover barely above a skin scent. Same thing with Santal Austral Extrait from the same house.
I learned a valuable ($) lesson. Sometimes the edp is actually quite "stronger" than the "extrait" or "intense" or whatever name the marketing geniuses can conjure up. I suppose for intimate moments the closer "skin scent" might be the sought for effect. But I just like people in the same room to experience the magic of a finely crafted witches brew faintly whispering in the air.

Hey :) I have a very important question to all of you: Can you name 3 fragrances released this year, which show the possibility of turning into, so called, "future classics"? Three picks, best of the best, most spectacular, innovative, new yet popular. I'm so curious!
Hi everyone! What are your picks for fall? I'm looking for something new that's relatively affordable. Would love to hear your recommendations!
Can you add fragrance's on this app? Bujairame Non stop is not on here?
Hey. We are working on bringing you AI perfume personal assistant. Anyone here would like to participate in beta testing?
