Justin Frederico has been the in-house perfumer for Perfumology in Philadelphia. He’s also worked on some of the Black Cliff Perfumes. Justin just launched his own brand of perfumes and to kick things off, Blooming Amber is his first release. Here’s my first impression of this new release.
