Well, you can't win 'em all.

I think this topic speaks for itself! Blind buying does happen in this hobby--and in my experience, sometimes it works, and most times it doesn't.

When I say “doesn’t”, I’m referring to a high standard that I’ve established for myself over years of flippant purchases: if I don’t LOVE it, it’s not worth it.

So these days, I am REALLY careful with my blind buys and they typically turn out successful.

BUT, there have been fails even in recent years, and I'm sharing 5 of them with you in this video.

To keep things light, I'm providing alternatives to the failed purchases that serve the same function, but they just work much better for me!
