All about Mimosa/Acacia Flower today. It's beginning to feel like Spring out there at least I'm feeling like Spring has Sprung and today's video is all about Mimosa Fragrances. What does Mimosa/Acacia Flower smell like?
It's a sweet, powdery, airy, lightly almondy, honeyed sort of a smell which might confuse you a little with Iris perhaps but they are definitely different. Mimosa will remind you of Spring when the flowers bloom. The tree has delicate fern-like leaves with bright yellow fuzzy/puffy flowers. Think pom-pom flowers. I first experienced Mimosa/Acacia in Acacia honey which I love the taste of.
