A very potent clone, Hawas has absolutely nuclear performance. In the opening I get an explosion of plum, citrus, and some aquatic notes. Also some light spices in the dry down paired with some musky. The fruity plum and citruses are really the heart of the the fragrance. The only gripe I have with this fragrance is the synthetic opening, but that’s what I would expect from a 45 dollar cologne. The performance on this is among the best of any fragrance, not just clones. 3 sprays is more than enough for compliments, and lasts 12+ hours, and lasta for days on clothes. It’s so powerful I wouldn’t recommend for use in a hot summer, especially inside. I would say it’s best for use in the winter or fall to stand above all the tobacco, amber, and spice with the smell of a ripe plum. I am also a fan of the bottle, the heavy cap with the serpentine detailing gives it a really premium feel. I don’t wear it very often despite the performance because I’m worried it’ll be too strong. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap powerhouse.
An honestly solid smelling fragrance hindered by its performance. I don’t get much of the warm spices described, much more fresh spicy and aromatic. Maybe the dry down is supposed to be where the warm spices come in but after maybe an hour or two I can’t smell anything; maybe I juts got a bad batch. It opens with a nice apple heavy fresh scent with some citrus in the background. I also love the spice bomb bottles and if it lasted even four hours I would say it’s worth it for the price.
A very unique scent. At first I couldn’t tell if I liked it or not. This was in part due to the fragrance‘s synthetic opening. I would give it at least 15 minutes to dry down into something pleasant if you don’t want to smell like chemicals and paint thinner. Once it dries down it is a very nice spicy amber fragrance. Really wearable for all ages, and its unique profile separates from what everyone else is wearing. I think the unique scent profile is why I got multiple compliments the first day I wore it. It projected well with only 4 sprays and lasted 8+ hours. I wouldn’t spray any more or you risk the synthetic opening becoming too cloying. If it wasn’t for the strength of the fragrance I would say it’s wearable all year, but I think it would be a bit too overpowering in the summer. A winter special occasion staple for me whenever I want people to tell me I smell good. Also priced very well, typical of Mancera. 4/5 overall, opening is the only thing holding it back and I didn’t like the twist cap.
A seemingly standard clean citrus scent with a twist. I don’t know exactly what I’m smelling that separates it from any other clean designer scent, but the opening of the fragrance is unique among everything I’ve smelled. It dries down into a pleasant citrus with some light woods. Preforms very well for me, 12+ hours longevity. Projection is nothing to complain about, pretty standard. I would say this scent leans towards a younger audience overall. Overall a very nice clean unoffensive everyday office or school scent worthy to be a signature for someone.
A beautiful woody citrus that opens more citrus heavy but finishes woody and a little musky. Like any fragrance the performance depends on the person, I find it to be very long lasting especially when sprayed on clothes, 12+ hours easy. Projection is moderate, starts out the strong the first hour than tapers off and remains constant. Overall a very pleasant and clean woods and citrus scent that is very unoffensive, my personal signature scent. Obviously it is a creed fragrance so quite pricey but you get what you pay for.
