Tom Ford Ombré Leather Reserve takes the familiar Ombré Leather DNA in a drier, greener, spicier direction. But is it different enough to buy if you already own the original?
Today, I’m reviewing Ombré Leather Reserve and comparing it with Ombré Leather, Ombré Leather Parfum, and Eau d’Ombré Leather. On my skin, I get aromatic green woods, peppery spice, smoky leather, and a slightly animalic touch. I really enjoy this version, but how much has actually changed?
I’m also discussing why the Parfum’s prominent violet leaf doesn’t work as well for me, why Eau d’Ombré Leather feels like a different fragrance altogether, and which direction I prefer within the collection.
