It's so easy to assign the universally comprehensible term, "10/10", to fragrances that work well for the functions we need them to, and especially for many, when others approve of our fragrance choice with a compliment.
For me, what allows a fragrance to ascend to the highest territory is a little more specific...but also a little more esoteric.
I know that's confusing. So I hope my explanation in this video makes it clear!
