I can kinda see the resemblance to to Dior Homme 2020 but they aren't close. This is much more citrus and spicy with a little of the DH2020 woodiness to it. As someone else said, 12+ of longevity and the projection is unreal. Only 4 sprays and I had an older lady chase me down in the store demanding to know what I was wearing. I rarely get complements. 10/10.
A seemingly standard clean citrus scent with a twist. I don’t know exactly what I’m smelling that separates it from any other clean designer scent, but the opening of the fragrance is unique among everything I’ve smelled. It dries down into a pleasant citrus with some light woods. Preforms very well for me, 12+ hours longevity. Projection is nothing to complain about, pretty standard. I would say this scent leans towards a younger audience overall. Overall a very nice clean unoffensive everyday office or school scent worthy to be a signature for someone.
Dior Homme Sport is a fresh peppery scent which definitely does define the idea of a clean, athletic scent which is easy to wear. However, it bears a massive similarity to Dior Homme 2020 so you have to question the necessity of its existence. It opens very fresh with invigorating notes of lemon and bergamot, alongside a sharp heart of pink pepper. It’s got the exact same woody, Iso E Super base used in Homme 2020 which I’ll admit is a great smell. It feels very clean, simplistic and refreshing to wear. Overall it’s not a particularly exciting scent, I already own Homme 2020 and this is too similar to warrant owning as well. Despite being very obviously made up of synthetic molecules it still smells relatively high quality which can be expected from Dior.
