9IX, from Rocawear was released in 2008. The perfumer behind this creation is IFF. It has the top notes of Coriander, Mandarin Orange, and Melon, middle notes of Geranium, Lavender, and Suede, and base notes of Amber, Musk, and Woody Notes.
Musk based, melon and mandarin with amber & suede too!?!? Great notes...sounds like my wet dream! Unfortunately the only thing that makes this one stand out is the peculiar and overly massive bottle. Cheap and no real substance to this one, I found the fruity opening harsh and then nothing after that really. I can understand the mention of Kenneth Cole Reaction and CK Escape but in my view they are both much better than this effort. Cheap though.
