Patchouli Estratto, from Nobile 1942 was released in 2011. The perfumer behind this creation is Marie Duchêne. It has the top notes of Bergamot, Cardamom, Neroli, and Tangerine, middle notes of Geranium, Myrrh, and Orange Blossom, and base notes of Amber, Labdanum, Leather, Patchouli, Sandalwood, and Tonka Bean.
