Romeo Gigli Per Uomo, from Romeo Gigli was released in 1991. The perfumer behind this creation is Alberto Morillas. It has the top notes of Aldehydes, Bergamot, Brazilian Rosewood, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon Tree, Mandarin Orange, Plum, and Tarragon, middle notes of Carnation, Cinnamon, Fir, Ginger, Honey, Jasmine, and Rose, and base notes of Amber, Benzoin, Cedarwood, Musk, Oakmoss, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Styrax, Tonka Bean, and Vanilla.
It’s just a really romantic fragrance. I had it back in the early 1990’s. The smell was fresh, yet a bit of spice. The longevity was not good, and sillage was mild. It has been rereleased, and I haven’t tried it. I’m kinda afraid of how it will smell, and if they changed it.
