Hauto, from Jeroboam was released in 2015. The perfumer behind this creation is Vanina Muracciole. It has the top notes of Bergamot and Pineapple, middle notes of Rose, Spicy Notes, and Tuberose, and base notes of Musk.
This is definitely the most versatile Tuberose which I know and which I have. Hauto is really enjoyable, comfortable and sensual and this is one of the rare Tuberose scents where it is balanced and somehow restrained. So if you are sensitive with many Tuberose scents and think those are too strong you can give this a chance. Hauto (with ^ on the top of u) is Esperanto and it means “skin” and that tells a lot of this amazing scent. “Hauto is an invitation to experience the fragrance of skin.” In the opening you can get a hint of Ananas which stays faint in the background for a while. Tuberose is strong in the opening but it’s sensitive and “friendly”. Rose and spices are barely noticeable. Tuberose somehow melts into the skin with amazingly soft Musk base. All those together create something unique which actually is like a second skin in the tempting, sensual, sophisticated way. I fell in love with this scent again and again every time I wear it. The simple, elegant 30ml bottle is adorable and easy. “During the Roaring Twenties, French Cancan dancers in the celebrated cabarets of Paris had their own very specific perfume rituals. It is said that they perfumed “every hill and valley” — wherever they wanted to be kissed.” Thank you for reading and I would appreciate a lot if you want to follow me on IG: @ninamariah_perfumes
