The crust of Christmas panettone, soaked in a liqueur that has a slightly coniferous shade. After a couple of hours, this coniferous note becomes lighter, fresh ozonic notes are added, while the vanilla crust of the panettone with candied fruits and soaked in liqueur remains unchanged. The vanilla here is in the form of vanillin. There is a lot of powderiness. Benzoin and praline are very delicate and give a rather light candy sound. At some point, a white floral component begins to emerge.
The fragrance is clearly gourmand, but there is no desire to eat it, precisely because, in addition to the sweet-bready part, there is also a coniferous-fresh-powdery side.
