Concept No 18, from Pal Zileri was released in 2005. The perfumer behind this creation is unknown. It has the top notes of Bergamot, Geranium, Ivy, Lemon, and Tangerine, middle notes of Cardamom, Pink Pepper, and Star Anise, and base notes of Amber, Musk, Patchouli, Sandalwood, and Vetiver.
