The Byredo plastic shampoo dna is strong in this one. It's also in Bal D'Afrique, GW and Animalique. Mojave Ghost plays to its name. The sapodilla is sugared and the overall scent is so lightly dusted thats it's hardly there at all. I do think the florals here are lovely, but they are so translucent in the composition. Maybe that's the point? The Mojave Desert is dry, spiky, rocky, bold and even dangerous. It's magnificent! Mojave Ghost smells like a new Starbucks on the side of the road just before you enter.

This is my reference amber. Dry, spicy, herbal, camphorus amber fragrance. It's an all timer in my opinion. If you're into fragrance, it's a must try imho.

You're on a hayride through a dry late spring meadow and someone ahead lit a cigarette and you caught a whiff downwind. What makes this scent so special is the addition of a light dusting of vanilla, the choice of florals, on a dry hay accord. For under $100 it's an amazing buy and I own nothing like Erawan in my collection.

My favorite suede perfume done by one of my favorite perfumers. It takes the powdery suede profile of Bvlgari Black and enhances it in every way. Sexy, creative, laid back and maybe a little artsy. Funky fun sort of scent. It's incredibly wearable for anytime and season, but this would shine during cooler months. This is worth a try if you were a fan of the discontinued Midnight in Paris and Bvlgari Black. 10/10 for me and I don't throw the number around lightly.

Byredo's Animalique has a similar vibe, but more hot plasticky and a little more one dimensional.

Bergamote 22 zaps me into believing I'm ready for a busy work day. Lasts a good 4 hours before fading into a nice musk and vetiver scent. This is my favorite Le Labo to date

Oh hellooo spring fling! This is an outstanding almost medicinal citrus perfume with a beautiful organic, slightly sweet, fresh basil and vetiver dry down. The clove rounds this citrus formulation out perfectly. Very glad this is in my collection. This is not a 6-8 hour wear (beach hut man) ..think more 3-5 in classic freshie fashion. Very much worth the amount paid..and can be found for great prices on US discounters. 

Tacit beat out LV On the beach and H24 Vives for one of the spring, summer rotation spots.

Bo opens with a woody toasted marshmallow like smoke. Resins, incense and tobacco? The scent transitions to a brighter cedar wood scent with hints of vanilla wafting around. It slowly warms but always remains slightly resinous, woody and vanilla. Perfect. Performance is great and it smells really good. Bo lives in the realm of G Water, but actually performs really well. Very easy to wear in any occasion.

I've hade Hwyl for a few weeks now and it's quickly risen to the top in my collection. I think it's a perfect meditative woody scent with just the right amount of sweetness to make it accessible for everyday use. Bravo.
