This is my Cartier Declaration Parfum Review video, my Declaration Parfum by Cartier Fragrances Review. Cartier is celebrating 20 years of the original Cartier Declaration Eau De Toilette created by Jean Claude Ellena with a new Parfum edition of it created by Mathilde Laurent the in-house perfumer at Cartier. And boy they have done such a great job at creating this new Cartier Declaration parfum. I'm absolutely head over heels for this new release and it's a return to form or the roots of designers releases. This is so good. It's classy and sexy very very strong release from Cartier that I loved immediately and purchased on the spot because it's so good. The only thing is sometimes people might be turned off by scents like this because of the strong cumin smell in here but here in Cartier Declaration Parfum it's aromatic and sexy. If you have never tried Cartier Declaration Eau De Toilette and are looking for a brand new 2018 designer fragrance release and you love classics this is the one for you to try. Go sample it in a store or pick up samples or decants from somewhere and test it out. You're going ot love it.
