Penhaligon's Savoy Steam Review, Savoy Steam by Penhaligon's Fragrance Review

This is my Penhaligon's Savoy Steam Review, a Savoy Steam by Penhaligon's Fragrance Review. Savoy Steam by Penhaligon's was launched in 2017 and once I smelled it I enjoyed its uniqueness of the rose with the other notes. Savoy Steam was quite a unique and original rose perfume and it piqued my interest in enjoying rose fragrances again. Even though I've been a fan of how roses or rose perfumes smell in general I had gotten quite bored of the same rose fragrance. But here with Savoy Steam the rose even though is quite dominant seems like it's taken a backseat and other notes are running the show all along with the rose. It's a unique scent to me. A rose perfume that is green, resinous and steamy/smoky like you are smelling roses and green herbs in a steamy, smoky bath. Absolutely delicious and one of a kind.
