What makes a 10/10 fragrance?

1. The scent is amazing to me.
2. The scent is a standout among like fragrances in my wardrobe.
3. The scent gives me an inexplicable feeling when I wear it: my "fraghead" brain shuts off and I don't try to dissect what I'm smelling throughout the day. It simply captures my interest and affects me in a way that I can't put into words. But I'll try! It's an 'X' factor!
