Ok. This one is not exactly what the title says.

My wife and her sister will indeed be blindly rating some VERY hyped men's fragrances in the online community today.

But to make it more interesting, they will also be rating some relatively unknown fragrances that I believe are fantastic and should be hyped.

Ultimately, their job is figure which ones are hyped and which ones aren't, and what they think about them either way.
