To my surprise L'eau bleu d'Issey eau fraiche is a wonderfully fresh and strangely intriguing fragrance. Very, very prominent mint, usually not a note I care for especially when so dominant in the mix but this is truly an exception for me. The general vibe is watery but not aquatic…"
