Scent of the Day

I wanted just one vanilla fragrance in my collection and this is it. Smells like vanilla extract with a little bit of booze and a hint of pencil shavings. Very classy and incredibly wearable. Not a thick or heavy fragrance and surprisingly airy, which allows it to be worn in most weathers apart from extreme heat.
I really like this. It will remind you of fragrances like Bulgari Tygar and Sospiro Vibrato. I never really got on with Tygar and thought Vibrato was over priced. This is like the best of both with an added something. Really good projection and the longevity is easily into the next day. Really enjoy wearing this on a summer night out.
Just the most perfect fragrance I have ever smelled. I know this is expendive, but there is a reason for that. The quality is outstanding and the blending is second to none. It’s both modern and classic at the same time. On my skin it is slightly powdery and a little creamy.its like a luxury shaving soap and a talcum powder with a hint of powdered sugar. Sublime !
This is unique. I have never smelled anything like it and I have fallen in love with it. I have worn it daily since I bought it and can’t get enough. It’s not strong, in fact after 30 minutes I don’t really smell it much, it’s more of an aura, I can feel it around me but can’t find it when I try. the silage on the other hand is strong. People around me smell it and tell me it’s really nice. My wife says it’s like spicy cola cube sweets. I sometimes smell a powdery incense when I walk back into a room I have been in. This is magic to me and I could easily make it my only fragrance.
This is joy to wear and transitions quite a bit. Starts very bright with a juicy slightly sweet citrus supported by an ambery backbone and the obvious orange blossom. After around 30 mins the musk appears and continues throughout the length of the wear, mixed beautifully with the citrus. As the citrus subsides the fragrance gets sweeter and the musk dances around you in fleeting whiffs. Some would say it slightly feminine, but any man who enjoys florals or musk will enjoy the wear.
This is massively underrated. On the surface it seems like simple fresh fragrance, bright and metallic, almost fizzy. As it dries down there is a complex mix of patchouli and blonde woods. The freshness stays throughout but it has woody backbone with hints of musk.
Citrus blast with a creamy sandalwood and a barbers shop finish
Well this has been a nice surpruse. Although I had precious smells this on a strip it was essentially a blind buy. I must say that the wear experience is great and the scent really evolves over time. Very bright and citrusy to start and quite rooty not long after. After about an hour it starts to smell a little sweater and the rooty element pulls back a little. further in and some smokey facets show up, eventually settling into a nice soft leathe. All in all a great scent if a little on the expensive sid.
