The opening of this is intense.

I don’t mean to sound like a fragrantica twat with a story but this really did evoke a visual reaction so credit to the master Bish.

It’s like standing outside a car factory. There’s metal, there’s rubber, there’s leather, there’s fumes coming at you. It’s not giving BO like a lot of others mention.

But behind you is a field full of roses. Damp, sweet, green, floral roses.

The apple and lychee add sweetness to what could just be described as a jammy rose, but they also add some contrast and tartness.

I do love a rose fragrance. It’s one of my favourite notes. From the name and bottle I wasn’t expecting rose.

The cumin isn’t specific to me right away but it’s likely adding to the powerhouse opening.

The bouquet of chemical at the start does fade quite quickly and what’s left is dark rose oud with the memories of leather and earthy cumin.

A wild ride of an opening That settles into something more dark and familiar.

The opening for me is a bright fizzy sweet and spicy and sour aldehydic cirtrus - almost like a fizzy vitamin tablet you dissolve. I'm guessing the ginger has its part to play in that.

The pumpkin note isn't heavy but there's definitely richer sweetness in the back.

The bright opening seems to go quite quickly and I was left with a sweet musky floral.

It's really lovely ! I'm a sucker for rose anyway!

It's not too sweet, a little metallic. Like green rose stems you've pricked your finger on. Orange brightens it up a little.

A little spice comes later and in the drydown.

Really like it

Opens as a lovely peppery rose, and dries into a woody acquatic floral. A very light damp earthy Petrichor supports.

After some hours the darkness of the aquatic settles and the rose appears again.

Lovely scent, akin to a lighter ADP with more floral.

A really interesting scent.

Listed as a modern vetiver, on first spray its chemistry does give you a warm circuits smell.

Notes lead gourmand sounding but doesn't come across that way.

Opening is green, herbal and aromaric, dry, and a very subtle sweet creaminess which id put down to the vanilla.

I think I'm still learning the world of Vetivers but this is certainly an Interesting one.

A really beautiful mysterious scent.

Dusty, spiced, dark woody floral.

A sweetness from honey, dusty flowers with dominant rose, a musky, slightly pissy patchouli base.

Don’t think this will please everyone, but even if it doesn’t, the artistry has to be appreciated.

A very delicate scent.

It’s skin like, cosy and comforting whilst remaining incredibly light and a little creamy

I feel this is really a ‘you but better’ scent.

There’s a little green, very gentle woods, and to my nose, almost something a tiny bit metallic.

People are right about it giving boiled rice.

It’s not something I’d usually wear, much too delicate, but I can see why it’s popular.

Beautiful complex scent that develops and circles back over many hours.

Starts off with a rich and sweet creamy vanilla amber, with a good dose of warm furry musk.

Initially it reminded me of Grand Soir's dirtier cousin.

The beautiful vanilla and a stunning amber are dancing round florals and spice.

After many hours it turns into a beautiful amber musk.

Beautiful, vibrant, and warm with gorgeous animalic darkness.

On the FB list for sure.

At first spray it's almost mouth watering. Smells like its name suggests! Warm, smokey, ambery and sweet, a little fruity, whiskey!

Dries down on me as a honey tobacco. Possibly the immortelle?
