# Flux \- The Latest Andrea Maack Creation

Andrea Maack is a visual artist, whose eponymous perfume brand was founded in 2009 in Reykjavík, Iceland. What started out as a "fake Andrea Maack perfume shop"  (read more here) turned into one of the most cherished niche houses. 

The brand offers scents which are very unique, inspired by wild forests and untamed seas. The latest addition is called Flux, and it's an extract composed by Celine Barel. 

Flux

The scent tries to capture a particular vision - you're walking through the Big Sur redwoods at midnight - the air is crisp, the wild berries are covered in ice, the world is quiet and magical. 

The **Top Notes** are: Blueberry, Cardamom and Menthol

The **Middle Notes** are: Cypress, Eucalyptus and Fir

The **Base Notes** are: Cashmeran, Cedarwood and Sequoia
