> A dialogue between black and white, light and shadow, I wanted to interpret this idea of ​​contrast using olfactorily antagonistic ingredients. I was inspired by the work of Pierre Soulages and more particularly by his walnut stain creations.

With only two main ingredients at play - [Coffee](/notes/spices/coffee)/[Cacao Pod](/notes/spices/cacao-pod)  plus [Cardamom](/notes/spices/cardamom), and high, 40% concentration of raw materials - Kawa Karda Extrait and Cocoa Kimiya Extrait are a treat for one's soul.
