- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — "Oh, Layton... You're very expensive for a fragrance that's so similar to a lot of other, cheaper fragrances. I'm not going to rag on this too harshly though and I think it's actually a gorgeous scent, so stick with me. The opening I find to be very loud and very jumbled and it reminds me instantly of the spicy, sickly sweet designers that are a bit of a trend as club bangers. It calms down quickly…"
- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — "Layton is simple yet so addicting and alluring. The opening consists of an intoxicating blend of juicy green apple, with sweet vanilla and aromatic lavender. There’s a fleeting brightness from the bergamot, mandarin and floral heart however this dissipates quickly. The dry down is where this fragrance comes to life - the apple and vanilla are joined by sandlewood, patchouli and guaiac wood which g…"
- ★5/5 — Spring, Summer — Casual, Office — "Similar to Percival, in that no new ground is being broken with the scent profile, Layton still delivers an extremely solid every day scent. A nice mix of peppery spice, vanilla and green apple, this fragrance can be worn every day. Solid lasting power. Again, with PDM, the only drawback to their fragrances is the sticker shock when purchasing."
- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — Casual, Office — "Super sexy scent !

Great raw materials. Apple, woods and vanilla. Just a super nice combo."
- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — Date, Special — "Absolute perfection. Sweet vanilla with a touch of apple and wood. This is one of my all time favorites. Definitely a crowd pleaser and very hard not to like. TilTokers calling this overrated are ridiculous, but I’ll hand it to them, saying nonsense like that definitely garners comments on their accounts."
- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — Date, Special — "The DNA is amazing one of my favorite, but it doesn't last or perform well."
- ★5/5 — Spring, Fall — "A beautiful warm spicy fragrance.

The apple and orange paired with the cinnamon make it almost festive, but the herbal lavender and timid floral notes balances that out a bit.

In behind this fruity cinnamon, I was almost immediately reminded of Angel \\\~ Mugler. It must be the sandalwood, patchouli, and vanilla rolling about.

I really don't see how you could dislike this. There's nothing wild…"
- ★2/5 — "I'm shocked that I never put pen to paper about this fragrance at the time I tried it (whenever that was?) Shocked because I actually thought this was a daft, bit of 'meh' that smelled vaguely of a apple, vanillic, musky haze and therefore pretty likable. I've subsequently worn it many times of the last few years (as I keep getting samples of the stuff!) desperately trying to understand the obviou…"
