in the early am, in the afternoon, in the evening. I have a sizable collection. So three a day, allows me to wear and enjoy all my perfumes multiple times a year.
I picked up Savior Faire Signature back in 2017 in support of the brand launch. It had this incredible tomato leaf and smokey leather blend. Even though at the time I only had a hand full of designers, and I didn't fully understand the concept of notes/accords or even what niche/indie represented. I just knew that this was different, and that was exactly how I wanted to feel when I wore fragrances.
I don't mind the trend at all. I never can make the connection of a gourmand fragrance to food/dessert. Yeah it may smell similar to something edible to a degree, but in my brain it's still just perfume. As a perfume brand, you cater to your target audience. If that's what the people want, you give it to them. I think there will be a big focus on what artisan brands can create next. They have a spotlight on them at the moment and can parlay that attention gained to the next level. But I have a feeling they will get stuck in their own way and drop the ball.
, , .
Yeah sure, I believe a person can have one they truly love and adore over the rest. At the same time it can take awhile to get to that point in your journey. Especially if your a enthusiast/collector.
For men MFK . Clean, refreshing, and full of character. For women Thomas De Monaco , simply gorgeous!
When a large group of people can share a genuine love for something, it's always beautiful thing. I enjoy that there are small enclaves and sectors in fragcomm. If you love a specific perfume house, there's a group for that. If you enjoy a specific genre in perfume, there's a group for that. Even if you just want to be a snob, there a group for that lol. You will always find what your looking for. Ramsey on YouTube is the hardest working man in the game. My guy has videos for the best fragrances of every single year going all the way back to the 70's. I appreciate his dedication.
Thank you, Cardamane!
